REGISTRATION: All parents must fill out a registration form for their child.  An annual registration fee of $100 per family is due every September.  This fee covers the whole family for the school year and gives you the discounted open gym rate for the year when you sign up. This registration fee once paid grants you membership discount on birthday parties & open gym.

CLASSES: The monthly fee covers a four-week session.  Attendance will be taken by the instructor.  If there are five days in the month, the fifth day is a make-up for one class your child has missed.  If none have been missed, the fifth day is free. We reserve the right to cancel or combine classes due to extenuating circumstances.

MAKE-UP POLICY: Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, missed classes will not result in prorated tuition or refunds. Classes missed due to illness/holiday/weather etc. should be made up within TWO months of the missed class.  Classes may be made up prior to the absence. Make Up Classes can not be re-scheduled once they are scheduled.

In order to be eligible for a make-up class:

• The student’s account must be up to date with NO PAST DUE BALANCES
• The student must actively be enrolled in a class, AND
• The make-up must be scheduled through the front desk staff in a class that is not full,
• Or an open gym pass can be issued instead of a make-up class if preferred or make-up times are unavailable.

PAYMENTS:  Payment is expected the FIRST class of each new month.  Auto draft payments will be withdrawn on the 5th of the month. A 30-day written notice Is required to terminate billing and you are responsible for payment whether or not your student attends classes until you notify this facility to drop your student from class. The charge will be for holding the student’s place in that class instead of offering that place to a student on the waiting list. If paying by check, please write your child’s name on your check.  Place payments in the box the front desk or mail to: 3549A Hempland Rd, Lancaster PA 17601.  No refunds are given.

LATE FEES: Payments received after the 15th of each month will be assessed a $50  late fee.

RETURNED CHECKS:  A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

FAMILY DISCOUNTS: Siblings of class students will receive 10% off their first class.  Siblings of team members will receive 25% off monthly tuition.
